Designing forpeople & pixels
Senior Designer · Digital + UX
I'm Andrea Pompili, a Brooklyn-based designer with over a decade of experience across print, brand and digital. Today I focus on UX and product design, where visual design and usability come together.
Designer,Problem Solver.

Hi, I'm Andrea.A designer based in Brooklyn, New York who has spent over a decade making things both look right and work right. I started out in print design before moving into marketing and digital, where I learned that good design is mostly listening: to clients, to content, and to the people using it. These days that same curiosity pulls me toward UX and product design — taking messy, human problems and shaping them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
Through freelance and in-house work, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with brands including Hero Cosmetics, J.Crew, LinkedIn, Meta, Shake Shack, VS Beauty, WeightWatchers and West Elm, among others.
Most recently, I brought my digital design experience into healthcare at OrderlyMeds, working primarily across marketing and digital experiences while getting more hands-on with UX and web design.
I enjoy figuring out how things should look, how they should work and how to bring the two together. My approach is hands-on and detail-oriented, with a focus on creating thoughtful designs that are both functional and visually engaging. Whether I'm working on a website, a digital experience or a brand, I like finding the balance between creativity and usability.

-
Born and raised in Brooklyn
A lifelong Brooklynite, still finding new corners of it.
-
Dog (and people) watching
Give me a bench and a busy sidewalk. Dogs first, people a close second.
-
Eating my way around the city
Always thinking about the next meal. Ask me where to eat.
-
Reading
Happiest with a good book and nowhere to be. My TBR pile is officially longer than my lifetime, and I keep adding to it anyway.
Let's work together
I'm currently open to full-time roles, as well as select freelance projects. If you're building a product that deserves careful design, I'd love to hear about it.
